The science and technology project Inspection System of VT Ground Potential Rising Resistant Capacity initiated by Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co.,Ltd together with China power Electric Research Institute and State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power Company was awarded the Patent for Invention after an inspection period of 31 months by State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R.C.

The patent is mainly applied for electronic voltage instrument transformer, which can prevent effectively the insulation breakdown, collector exception, electromagnetic interference and merging unit default caused by ground potential rising. The operation safety of the electronic voltage transformer has been improved.
