6S Mobilization Meeting Held in Our Company

In middle of June 14, 2017,Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co.,Ltd holds 6S Mobilization Meeting(6S: SEIRI,SEITON,SEISO,SEIKETSU,SHITSUKE,SECURITY) with all staff participation. General Manager Mr. Li makes a keynote speech to all and announces the starting of 6S.

General Manager Mr. Li makes three demands on the implementation of 6S: the first one--Pay high attention and organize well. Realize the importance of the implementation of 6S; the second one--Highlight the key points and carry out comprehensively and thoroughly. Make the plan comprehensively and start self-inspection and self–improvement. Combine inspection together with improvement and Inspection promote improvement; the third one—Fulfill responsibilities and prepare for assessments. Meanwhile, a special office for 6S is organized to promote the implementation of 6S.

Thanks to the implementation of 6S,the management level is expected to step into new phase.
