Domestic first set of disconnector simulated disturbance source test system pass

On November 20, 2018, 15 experts and scholars from State Grid Shaanxi Electric Power Company, Shaanxi Electric Power Research Institute, China Electric Power Research Institute, State Grid Electric Power Research Institute, Wuhan University and other units gathered at the foot of Mount Tai and jointly conducted the acceptance review of " Development and Test Technology of Disconnector Simulated Disturbance Source Test System" undertaken by Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. 

Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. undertook prototype manufacturing and system construction works of domestic first set of “Disconnector Simulated Disturbance Source Test System” in this project. After unremitting efforts and day and night battles from our staff, the test system prototype was delivered and accepted on schedule as expected, and was also highly praised by the participating experts, that once again demonstrating the power of “Taikai” in the field of electrical test equipment.

The test system prototype firstly connected SF6 gas-insulated armored test transformer to GIS pipeline, and realized the simulation of the electromagnetic transient mechanism under the different working conditions of the substation and the subsequent change laws of VFTO, VFTC, TEM and TGRP. The influence of external discharge on the electromagnetic transient generation and measurement system is avoided. Through the analysis of the site measurement data, experts agreed that the test system has high reliability, the data indicators have good repeatability, and the comprehensive performance indicators have reached the leadership levels of domestic and international grid intelligence equipment electromagnetic transient and protection.

Our company has been committed to R&D and manufacturing of high-voltage electrical test equipment for many years. Meanwhile, it also consolidates our company's leading position in the field of electromagnetic transient and protection of power grid intelligent equipment.

With the promotion and application of smart grid equipment and primary and secondary fusion power equipment in the power grid, the impact of grid transient strong electromagnetic disturbance on the safe and reliable operation of such equipments and power grids is also getting more attention. The prototype of “Disconnector Simulated Disturbance Source Test System” developed by our company provides an effective research method for conducting electromagnetic transient performance research of power grid equipment and ensuring safe and reliable operation of the power grid as the scientific research platform and performance detection platform for such problems.
