After 25 days of intense installation and commissioning works, the solidified automatic assembly line purchased by Shandong Taikai Electrical Power Equipment Company, was officially put into service on May 25. The successful operation of the equipment enables the company to achieve a seamless connection in terms of work places and construction coordination, which also marks a great improvement in the company's automated production level.

Since the implementation of the project has been confirmed, in order to ensure that the equipment will be put into operation on schedule, the company has overcome the various impacts of the epidemic. From the planning, tendering, production and processing, it has implemented dedicated personnel to follow up and communicate regularly. During the installation and commissioning, both sides jointly formulate the installation and commissioning plan, and met daily to schedule the progress and resolved the abnormalities. Eventually, the unit starts production on May 25 and put it into use 10 days in advance.

The assembly line adopts the most advanced intelligent distribution technology in China, and the production cycle is automatically controlled. The line body is provided with 6 operation units including bottom plate assembly, nameplate etching, umbrella shed bonding, HV & LV test, and finishing storage, and equipped with 16 stations, which can effectively improve the turnover efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of workers. At last efficiency can be increased by 30%.

In addition, a fully shielded partial discharge laboratory for online testing was built to improve the efficiency of PD test for finished products.
