Taikai Instrument Transformer Successfully Obtained
the First Type Test Report of YTJ10-68 Capacitive Voltage Sensor
in the Distribution Network Industry
Recently, the YTJ10-68 capacitive voltage sensor independently developed by Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. successfully completed various type test items such as accuracy, withstand voltage partial discharge, lightning impulse, and operation variation under high and low temperatures at the Quality Inspection and Testing Center for Electrical Equipment of the Electric Power Industry. Taikai Instrument Transformer Company has become the first enterprise in the primary and secondary integrated distribution network industry to successfully obtain the type test of the YTJ10-68 sensor.
The YTJ10-68 capacitive voltage sensor, as a key component of the primary and secondary integrated pole-mounted circuit breaker, can be matched with the ZW68 circuit breaker switch to achieve the integration of primary equipment and high-precision sensors. The product features low power consumption, high accuracy, and the integration of measurement, metering, and protection functions.
When the voltage is 14.4kV, the partial discharge of the product is ≤ 5pC, which is much higher than the requirement of the national standard (≤ 20pC). The operation variation under high and low temperatures (-40℃~+70℃) is ≤ ±0.12%, which is far better than the requirement of the national standard (≤ ±0.25%). The comprehensive technical indicators have reached the leading level in the industry.
