Voltage Transformer Successfully Passed the Type Test
and Anti-seismic (Vibration Reduction) Test
Recently, the TYD1000/√3-0.005H capacitive voltage transformer independently developed by Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. passed the type test and anti-seismic (vibration reduction) test at the Quality Inspection and Testing Center for Electrical Equipment of the Electric Power Industry and the Chongqing Communications Research & Design Institute of China Merchants Group.
This product is a UHV capacitive voltage transformer independently developed by our company. With the goal of achieving international leading level in design, the R&D team used professional simulation analysis software to accurately simulate and calculate the electrical performance and seismic performance of the product. The product passed all type test items and the seismic test of the physical prototype at one time, and key indicators such as partial discharge, ferromagnetic resonance, transient response, temperature coefficient, and dielectric loss factor are better than the target requirements. All performances of the product meet the requirements of standards such as GB/T 20840.1 "Instrument Transformers - Part 1: General Technical Requirements", GB/T 20840.5 "Instrument Transformers - Part 5: Additional Technical Requirements for Capacitive Voltage Transformers", and GB/T 24841 "Technical Specification for Capacitive Voltage Transformers Used in 1000kV AC Systems". The safety factor of the product's seismic performance under a horizontal acceleration of 0.2g exceeds 2.4, and the safety factor under a horizontal acceleration of 0.4g is above 2.0, which is better than the requirements of standards such as GB 50260 "Code for Seismic Design of Electric Power Facilities" and Q/GDW 11132 "Technical Regulations for Seismic Design, Installation and Maintenance of Vibration Damping Devices of UHV Porcelain Insulated Electrical Equipment" and the existing technical level of the same industry.
