Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. Successfully Held the Third Session of the Fourth Workers' Congress

The third session of the fourth workers' congress of Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer  Co., Ltd. was successfully held on the morning of February 4, 2024. The meeting commended the advanced collectives and individuals in 2023: The Marketing Department, Planning Department, Work Safety Department, Technology Department, Design Room II, Workshop I, Innovation Management Office, Logistics Management Office, Marketing Department of Power Electrical Appliances, Manufacturing Department of Power Electrical Appliances, Testing and Inspection Business Department of the Inspection Company, and Logistics Department of the Inspection Company were awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Department". The International Business Department and Sales Department II were awarded the honorary title of "Excellent Sales Team". The Process Inspection Team of the Quality Assurance Department, the Processing Team of the Processing Business Department, the Warehousing and Material Issuing Team of the Logistics Management Office, the Winding Team of Workshop I, the Second Assembly Team of Workshop II, the Current Team of Power Electrical Appliances, the Finalization Team of Power Electrical Appliances, and the Assembly and Testing Team of the Inspection Company were awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Team"; 15 comrades were awarded the honorary title of "Model Worker". The report comprehensively summarized the achievements of the transformer business in 2023 and made arrangements for the work in 2024. During the group discussion of the work report and proposals by worker representatives, the company received a total of 45 proposals, such as improving the living environment and optimizing contract scheduling. After the meeting, relevant responsible departments will organize and implement these proposals to meet the reasonable practical needs of employees.

Chairman Han Changgeng of the company delivered a concluding speech. Chairman Han first affirmed the general manager's work report and hoped that everyone would effectively implement it.
