2022, Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to
as "the Company") continuously strengthened foundational management,
promoted internal refined operations, and dedicated efforts to advancing social

II. Company Overview
Taikai
Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Taikai Group) is one of the
large-scale enterprise groups supported by the state, ranking among the top
three in the domestic power transmission and transformation equipment
production industry, and ranking 450th in the list of China's top 500
manufacturing enterprises in 2022.
Shandong Taikai Instrument Transformer Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary
of Taikai Group, with a registered capital of 200 million yuan, mainly engaged
in high-voltage transformer products of 1000kV and below. The company is
located at the foot of Mount Tai, the head of the five mountains with beautiful
scenery and pleasant scenery, with Beijing-Shanghai Expressway in the west,
Qinglan Expressway in the south, Jitai Expressway and Taylor's Expressway in
the east, and the traffic is very convenient. The company covers an area of
118,300 square meters, with a construction area of 47,200 square meters and a
green area of 22,416.82 square meters. The company's production process and equipment
have reached the international advanced level, and it has a first-class
professional production and testing line in China. Among them, there are more
than 20 imported special winding machines, more than 20 automatic wrapping
machines and rolling machines, and 100% automatic control of key processes.
There are 13 sets of vacuum drying treatment systems, 3 sets of vacuum
impregnation systems, and 3 sets of insulating oil treatment devices. The
company has built 3 fully shielded high-voltage test halls, and the overall
system background noise level ≤ 0.8pC, which is the highest level in the
industry. The company has advanced testing equipment such as 3000kV optical
fiber measurement and control integrated impulse voltage generator, 1100kV test
transformer, high-current temperature rise test equipment, AC and DC partial
discharge test system, high and low temperature limit performance test system,
0.1mHz-100kHz wide-frequency dielectric spectrum test system, etc. It has built
a high-standard physical and chemical performance laboratory, and has the
ability to test the performance of key materials such as various gases,
liquids, and solid insulating media. The products can meet the requirements of
special temperature, humidity, altitude, earthquake and other working
conditions, with an annual output of more than 30,000 high-voltage transformers
of 1000kV and below.
The
company has passed the national GB/T19001-2016 idt IS09001:2015 quality
management system, GB/24001-2016 idt IS014001:2015 environmental management
system, GB/T45001-2020 idt IS045001:2018 occupational health and safety
management system certification.

IV. Environmental Protection & Low-Carbon
Initiatives
The
company is committed to environmental protection, pays attention to greening

22,416.82 square meters.
In order to win the battle to defend the blue sky, the company has formulated
the "Heavy Pollution Weather Emergency Response Operation Plan",
which is based on the air quality forecast, taking into account the degree and
duration of air pollution, and divides the relationship between heavy air
pollution and production suspension and restriction into three early warning
response levels, from light to heavy, the order is early warning level III.,
early warning level II., and early warning level I., which are marked with
yellow, orange and red colors, and the early warning level I (red)
is the highest level. During the suspension and restriction of production, the
company will further increase air pollutant emission control measures.
