To the competent departments of industry and information technology of all provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities specifically designated in the state plan, and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps:

In accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Interim Measures for the Gradient Cultivation and Management of Green Factories" (hereinafter referred to as the "Management Measures"), the 2024 green manufacturing list has been determined through the voluntary declaration of the reporting unit, the recommendation of the provincial competent department of industry and information technology, expert review, publicity and other procedures, and is hereby announced. The relevant matters are notified as follows:

In 2024, 1,382 green factories, 123 green industrial parks, and 126 green supply chain management enterprises will be newly cultivated. In accordance with the dynamic management requirements of the "Management Measures", after verification by the competent departments of industry and information technology in various places, our ministry will remove 47 green factories, 3 green industrial parks, and 4 green supply chain management enterprises from the green manufacturing list, and 230 units will change their names. The latest list of green manufacturing can be queried through the Industrial Energy Conservation and Green Development Management Platform (https://green.miit.gov.cn).

2. Local competent departments of industry and information technology should strengthen policy coordination, give full play to the leading role of green factories, green industrial parks, and green supply chain management enterprises, do a good job in summarizing and promoting advanced experience and typical practices, and carry out a series of publicity activities. It is necessary to strengthen docking and exchanges with financial institutions, actively use financial resources to support green factories, green industrial parks, and green supply chain management enterprises to carry out green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading, and continuously improve the level of green manufacturing. It is necessary to strengthen dynamic management, do a good job in daily guidance, supervision and inspection, and continuously track and analyze the effectiveness of creation.

In the context of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality", green and low-carbon development has become the only way for high-quality development. Taikai closely follows the national low-carbon policy guidance, focuses on the "double carbon" goal and the construction of new power systems, carries out green and intelligent transformation of traditional production lines, and carries out low-carbon and digital design of new production lines.
