To thoroughly implement the concept of lean management, comprehensively enhance quality reliability and production operational efficiency, and strengthen the foundation for the company's high-quality development, a specialized training session on lean and quality was successfully held from December 19 to 20, 2025, by the Transformer and Managed Companies. In active response to the group's deployment of quality improvement and lean production initiatives, the company organized core personnel to participate in the training. Over the two days of intensive learning, participants engaged in in-depth study and collaborative efforts, successfully completing the training program.

       The course combined theoretical depth with practical value, covering four key modules: the integration of lean and total quality concepts, practical application of lean tools, reliability design and risk management, and problem-solving with continuous improvement. It guided participants to establish a systematic improvement perspective focused on "enhancing quality, increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and shortening cycles."

        This training not only served as a systematic dissemination of lean management knowledge but also deepened the practical implementation of the "Quality Improvement Year." Moving forward, the company will leverage this training as an opportunity to encourage participants to become advocates and practitioners of lean management. The knowledge gained will be translated into improvement actions and integrated into the entire process of product design, manufacturing, and supply chain management, continuously optimizing process capabilities, reducing operational costs, and enhancing product reliability, thereby injecting strong momentum into the company's high-quality development.
