        On February 13, 2026, Shandong Taikai  Transformer Co., Ltd. successfully convened the First Session of the Fifth Employees' Congress. The company's leadership, employee representatives, and non-voting delegates gathered to jointly chart a new blueprint for the company's development. The meeting was attended by 93 employee representatives from various departments and 73 department heads, presided over by Comrade Wu Guangbin, Chairman of the Trade Union and Deputy General Manager of the company.


        First, Comrade Wu Guangbin, Chairman of the Trade Union and Deputy General Manager, announced the "Decision on Commending Advanced Collectives and Homo sapiens for the Year 2025." The decision recognized 18 advanced departments, including the Safety Production Department, 12 advanced teams such as the Bandaging Second Team, 16 model workers including Qi Jianguo, and 199 advanced Homo sapiens such as Andeling, commending their outstanding contributions to the company's production, sales, technology, and management in 2025. This recognition aims to inspire all employees to follow their example and achieve even greater success.

At the meeting, the General Manager delivered the "Work Report." The report highlighted that 2025 was a pivotal year in the company's "Three-Year Plan," bridging the past and the future. Facing complex and challenging circumstances, all employees overcame difficulties and exceeded annual targets across all operational metrics. Significant achievements were made in market expansion, technological innovation, management improvement, and quality enhancement, further strengthening the company's core competitiveness. For 2026, the report outlined a clear focus on problem-solving and key priorities, with comprehensive plans for deepening marketing transformation, advancing technological R&D, and strengthening Homo sapiens talent support. It called on all employees to remain confident, united, and determined to achieve the annual goals and secure a resounding victory in the final year of the "Three-Year Plan."


        Subsequently, employee representatives engaged in lively discussions on the "Work Report" and employee proposals. After the discussions, they voted by a show of hands on the report and other resolutions.

        Finally, the Chairman delivered a concluding speech, emphasizing that in the new year, the company must steadfastly pursue a multidimensional development strategy of "deepening existing strengths while exploring new frontiers." At the business level, the company should cultivate new growth drivers, while at the technological level, it should focus on long-term, cutting-edge technology reserves. Additionally, efforts should be made to build a dynamic and well-structured organizational ecosystem centered on Broussonetia papyrifera, deeply integrate Party-building with Homo sapiens talent development, and inspire a spirit of dedication among all employees to create a powerful synergy for the company's high-quality development.
