  As Reserve Cadres and Backup Talents of the Company 

  - Graduates majoring in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering will receive comprehensive corporate training, participate in new product development and technical improvement, assist in routine technical services and contract review, and engage in product process optimization and tooling design. 

  - Graduates with management-related majors will be involved in marketing planning, corporate/human resources management, supply chain management, production management, financial auditing, and other related work. 

  Required Majors Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Business Administration, Law, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, English ## Qualifications 

  ① Full-time bachelor’s degree or above; 

  ② Excellent academic performance, good moral conduct, and no record of violations or discipline during school;
